Guest House

The Guest House is a beautiful one bedroom home with numerous windows letting in light and views of the forest, mountains, and distant islands. The bedroom has its own private deck. Living room and dining room have Brazilian cherry floors and sleeper sofa.

The bathroom offers a two headed shower. Full kitchen is available. This is a great choice for families or friends traveling together or for a wonderful honeymoon.

$250/night double occupancy.
Additional person 14 and over $15/night.

Evergreen Suite
The Evergreen Suite is a spacious room located on the top floor of the dome. You will enjoy the unique curves, the pillow top queen bed and the two window seats with views of the forest.

Each window seat can fold out to become a comfortable twin bed. En suite bathroom features two sinks and a jetted tub.

$165/night weekends, $150/night weekdays double occupancy.
Additional person 14 and over $15/night.

Orcas Room
The Orcas Room offers a four poster queen bed and en suite bathroom with tub and shower.

Madrona and Cedar Rooms

The Madrona and Cedar Rooms are adjacent rooms which look out to the Madrona trees and share a bathroom and tub shower across the hall.

All rooms have queen sized beds and clock radios. There is wireless internet access in the house. Please inquire about weekly rates. Please ask about discounts for stays of four days or more in any of our accommodations.

Tax: Lodging tax of 9.7% will be added to the price of all rooms. 7.7% is a state tax and 2.0% is a San Juan County tax devoted to preserving the beauty of the San Juans and providing necessary services.

Madrona Hill is a nonsmoking inn.  Pets are not permitted.
